Making the voice of young scientists from around the world heard on issues of relevance to our global world is one of the key goals of the GYA. The GYA has become the partner of choice for established science academies, science bodies and networks, and other national and international stakeholders, as a representative of the young scientist voice on various science and science policy matters. Moreover, the GYA continuously publishes a number of statements, articles and op-eds on topical issues, contributes to statements by senior science organizations and also develops projects that explore or address issues of global importance for society.
