The GYA’s (updated) Activities Structure aligns projects with the Academy’s strategic goals while making more effective use of member time, funding, and staff capacity. The new framework is designed to reduce duplication, improve accessibility, and support more focused, sustainable, and high-impact engagement across the GYA’s themes and projects.
