Biography

Tasha is an assistant professor of marine ecology at Gettysburg College, where she teaches classes on ecology, fisheries, and oceanography. She is passionate about fostering diversity in STEM and teaching students data literacy skills. Tasha uses field and quantitative work to inform marine and freshwater conservation, focusing on food webs, demography, and spatial ecology.
