To all Global Young Academy Members: 2018 Call for Applications!
The GYA Young Scientist Ambassador Programme (YSAP) is seeking Ambassadors to make connections between nations and scientific disciplines by facilitating cultural, scientific, intellectual, or educational missions. This connection should be between two countries that are at different stages of scientific development, or between two countries that historically have had minimal scientific contact. The aim is to create collaborations and cultural exchanges that enhance academic and professional interests.
Presently, YSAP will fund Ambassadors up to 500 EUR to offset travel costs associated with the Ambassadorship missions. Following the activities, each Ambassador is required to prepare a mission report to be submitted to YSAP by November 2018. Previous Mission Reports can be viewed on the YSAP site here.
