This workshop aims to implement scientific Leadership skills to scientists from Morocco, North Africa, Sahel Countries, and other West African countries like Ivory Coast at the early and mid stages of their careers. Despite leadership training programs organized in sub-regions of the continent under the mentorship of ASLP, there is still a need to target participants from Morocco and surrounding countries from few or never participated in the program such as the Sahel countries.
