IAP is inviting organisations, institutions and experts to contribute to the development of a global initiative addressing sexual harassment in STEM academia. Building on IAP’s international work and the 2025 Global Workshop on Sexual Harassment in Academia, the initiative aims to strengthen understanding, share effective approaches and support action across diverse academic contexts. Regional experts can get involved as Regional Ambassadors, while Member Academies may express interest in hosting a future global planning workshop.
