GYA Executive Committee member Carina Geldhauser and incoming member Deniz Sarikaya are inviting contributions to an edited volume on curiosity-driven research. The publication will explore research shaped by intellectual exploration and the pursuit of understanding, while also engaging with related questions of foundational research, research assessment, funding, interdisciplinarity, and the role of unconventional or open-ended forms of knowledge production.
