GYA Attendance: Julia Baum, Bernard Slippers
Global Young Academy (GYA) member Julia Baum and alumnus and former Co-Chair Bernard Slippers will attend this year’s meeting of the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR)Global Academy and have a presentation on Thursday, 5 March 2015, morning. The meeting brings together current and past fellows of the prestigious CIFAR Global Academy fellowship program. The cooperation with CIFAR was set up last year when Bernard Slippers and Rees Kassen attended the Global Scholars Meeting in March 2014 and Krister Shalm, a CIFAR Global Young Scholar attended the GYA Conference and AGM 2014 in Chile.
