The 2024 World Science Forum (WSF) will take place in Budapest, Hungary, from 20-23 November 2024.
Every two years, over 900 leading scientists, decision-makers from the world of politics, industry, representatives of the civil society and the media from all over the world gather for the World Science Forum to engage in dialogue about pressing global challenges.
The GYA has been part of the WSF Steering Committee since 2019; for the 2024 meeting, immediate past GYA Co-Chair Priscilla Kolibea Mante (Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana) represented the GYA and young scientists worldwide. The GYA has organized a panel on scientific excellence at the Forum, and is co-organising a workshop for early career researchers on trust in science.
