This online event will be hosted by the Council of Finnish Academies in Helsinki on 5-6 May 2021. The public symposium on “Across boundaries in sciences” will take place on 5 May and the ALLEA business meeting (for ALLEA delegates only) will take place on 6 May.

On the occasion of the ALLEA General Assembly, the All European Academies Madame de Staël Prize for Cultural Values will be awarded to an eminent scholar or intellectual whose work represents a significant contribution to the cultural and intellectual values of Europe and to the idea of European integration.
