Biography

Academic expert on trust and transformations. Her areas of interest include: interorganizational management on regulated markets, trust within and between organizations, trust and distrust dynamics, trust in challenging contexts. Visiting scholar at the Institute for Research in Social Sciences at Stanford University in the USA (2011-2018). She was a scholarship holder of the Fulbright Foundation, winner of the award for outstanding young scientists of the Minister of Science and Higher Education and the Leader program in the National Centre for Research in Development in Poland. Since 2012 a member of the Committee on Organization and Management Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences, a member of the Academy of Young Scholars (2016-2021), a member of the NAWA Expert team from 2018, a member of the First International Network on Trust. She conducted field research in companies in Poland, Germany, Sweden and in the Silicon Valley in the USA. Manager of research projects financed by the European Commission, the National Science Centre and the National Centre for Research and Development.
