The ARC manages the allocation of internal funding for member activities by overseeing the application process for internal funding for:
The Committee is supported by the GYA Office in the processing of the applications and the announcement of decisions.
The results of any review process are put forward to the entire EC (including GYA Co-Chairs and Working Group Portfolio co-leads) for formal approval. In case of problematic cases/contested issues, the EC makes the final decision. The GYA Office then communicates decisions to the groups.
Members & alumni (In exceptional cases, one of the co-leads can be a GYA alumnus/a.); In case a reviewer is part of the group whose proposal is being reviewed, they will refrain from reviewing this particular proposal. EC members can not act as reviewers.
Membership for this committee is non-public. This means the active committee members cannot be disclosed on this website.
