The University of Passau invites applications from internationally established academics and promising postdoctoral researchers pursuing excellent, innovative research projects. Open to all disciplines represented at the university, the fellowship encourages interdisciplinary collaboration and network-building. Research may cover any topic, provided it is supported by a University of Passau host, with priority given to areas such as cybersecurity, digital platforms, resilient democracies, AI and language, sustainable transformation, health and European identities. Full-time fellowships support research stays of at least two months and up to six months, with longer stays possible. Applicants must hold a doctoral degree.
