The series aim to raise awareness of what open science is, why it matters, and how it is practiced particularly in the Asia-Pacific context, using the UNESCO Recommendation on Open Science as a guiding reference. The webinars bring together diverse stakeholders, including researchers, university students, librarians, data managers, science communicators, policymakers, funders, and others to provide a platform for knowledge sharing and dialogue among actors and across countries.
