Research Interests

  • Liver Cancer Immunotherapy: Focus on the development of novel immunotherapeutic approaches for liver cancer, aiming to enhance the body’s immune response against liver cancer cells and improve treatment outcomes for patients.
  • Liver Regeneration Mechanisms: Explore the intricate molecular mechanisms underlying liver regeneration, with the goal of identifying potential therapeutic targets to promote liver repair and recovery after injury or surgery.
  • Tumor Microenvironment: Investigate the complex interactions between liver tumor cells and their surrounding microenvironment, including immune cells, fibroblasts, and extracellular matrix components, to understand how these interactions influence tumor progression and response to therapy.
  • Cellular Stress Responses: Study the cellular stress responses in liver diseases, particularly focusing on how oxidative stress and other stress signals contribute to liver injury and carcinogenesis, and how these pathways can be modulated for therapeutic benefit.
  • Clinical Translation of Research Findings: Drive the translation of basic research discoveries into clinical applications, aiming to develop new diagnostic tools, therapeutic strategies, and personalized treatment plans for liver diseases and related cancers.
