It emphasizes the idea that by dedicating oneself to the well-being of others, individuals in public health contribute not only to the community but also find purpose and fulfillment in their service.

Biography

I am a young multidisciplinary researcher. The majority of my scientific publications concentrated on Public health, Mental health, Psychology, and Artificial Intelligence applications in medicine. I graduated with a Medical Doctor’s Degree in 2014 and a Master’s Degree in Medicine in 2018 at Hanoi Medicine University (Vietnam). Furthermore, I have recently completed my Ph.D this year. My research topic, especially PhD thesis, focused on applying Functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (fNIRS) in diagnosing and screening mental disorders such as major depression disorder, fatigue disorder, mood disorder, and sleep disorders among post-stroke patients, adolescents, and the general population. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I participated in several mental health research to study the psychological impact of the pandemic on different subjects such as students and healthcare workers. I have received numerous awards, highlighting that the Ph.D Scholarship from 2020 to 2023 of Vingroup Innovation Fund, Big Data Research Institute; First prize at a Scientific Conference in 2021 at Hanoi Medical University; Third Prize at Vietnam National Geriatric Conference 2022; Fellowship Award, “São Paulo School of Advanced Science on Epidemic Preparedness” in University of São Paulo , Brazil; Sponsored participation in World Health Summit, Berlin, Germany (2022);  and 16 peer-reviewed science papers (10 papers as first and corresponding author).
