Biography
Kanti is an assistant professor in the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and
Business, University of Indonesia, and an honorary fellow at the Department of Management
& Marketing, The University of Melbourne. Kanti completed her Master and PhD at the
University of Melbourne, specialising in Organisational Studies. Her research interests
include public administration, gender, the future of work, and knowledge production. She is a
member of the Science and Policy working group at the Indonesian Young Academy of
Sciences (ALMI).
