Biography
I was born in the Bayankhongor province of western Mongolia, an area defined by grasslands and mountainous terrain. At the age of 6, I moved to the capital city of Ulaanbaatar and then I graduated from a specialized chemistry program high school in 2004. Thereafter, I chose to pursue a career in biotechnology and enrolled at the Mongolian International University, which allowed me to explore scientific developments on a global scale while also learning proficiency in the English language. Following my graduation from MIU, I received scholarships to study master’s and doctoral studies in the field of tissue engineering at Dankook University, South Korea. During this period, I also recruited other Mongolian students to pursue advanced degrees with the aid of similar scholarship opportunities, pointing that an initial step in my efforts to develop the tissue engineering discipline within Mongolia for the future.Throughout my academic journey, I have participated in several international conferences, published in Scopus-indexed journals with the help of professional supervisor in the tissue engineering field. Moreover, while doing my postdoctoral work, I was awarded project grants from Mongolia’s leading pharmaceutical group company named Monos Group and completed those R&D projects in my previous institution. Currently, I have returned to my homeland and working as the Head of R&D in Monos Group and the CEO of Inno Hub Mongolia, where I am dedicated to supporting science-based startups. I have been selecting as the president of the Mongolian Young Scientists Association NGO since 2025.
