GYA working group „Science + Art = Peace + Justice” has published a video (see below) of their GENEThiCS-2084 workshop held in October 2016 at a school in Scotland, UK. Children were asked to come up with ideas of what the future might look like when it comes to discoveries in gene editing, biotechnology etc. Teams came up with different ideas, e.g. ordering designer babies from the internet or creating “half-tree, half-man” beings to alleviate deforestation.
