Pursuant to Art. 6 of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), processing of personal data is only admissible if at least one of the conditions of Art. 6 (1) GDPR is fulfilled. Purpose of this collection of data: When selecting candidates to present their work in front of an international audience the GYA collects personal data for only this purpose and will erase this data when this purpose has been accomplished.

In accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, you are entitled at any time to request full access to your personal data stored by the GYA. Pursuant to Articles 16, 17 and 18 GDPR, you have the right at any time to demand rectification, erasure or blocking of individual personal data from the GYA. Furthermore, you may at any time and without giving reasons exercise your right to object and change or withdraw with future effect the consent given. You can send the withdrawal either per post or by e-mail to the GYA. There will be no other costs than the postage and/or the transmission costs according to the existing base rates.
